It is of traditional construction of cavity walls with facing bricks pointed in lime mortar with cut timber roof and clay tiles. Using purpose made windows and doors. The landscaping to be carried out later by a specialist company

This character country house is thought to have been built in the late 16th century as a small country rectory on a site where it is thought a possible medieval priest's house once stood.
